Amazing what difference a day makes! Our second attempt at fitting the leading edges went very smoothly and they transform the look of the aircraft. Dave Blackburn had a rather clever idea too, "Let's wash the thing!". Amazing what a bit of soap and water does too! Although far from a mirror finish, the bare aluminium of the wings looks a lot better after its bath - a second scrub should really make her sparkle.
