Well the bad weather held off for most of the day (hurrah!) which allowed us to get some useful work done. Rob Taylor and David Lindsay managed to remove a lot more of the old exterior paintwork and to get some etch primer on - this seems to be an endless and thankless task which they continue to tackle with very good humour - it really is appreciated lads!

Jon Howard, Ken Foster and I continued with the also seemingly endless task of rivetting the front two fuselage sections together. This is a noisy and uncomfortable job but at least we sometimes catch a faint glimpse of the light at the end of the tunnel.

Dave Myles continues to tweak the cockpit setup fitting period instruments and using his first hand experience to make it all authentic.
