These were the first of the 'real' working party days. Roger Hargreaves and Mick Bates (who dismantled Charlie Fox all those years ago) were on site to help us sort through the mountain of parts and to evaluate the re-assembly method.

The weather was very much in our favour and a very enjoyable two days were spent moving the contents of the forward hold into a storage container, rationalising all the AGS spares and generally cleaning things up ready for future work.

Bill Turnbull's car and trailer covered a fair few miles ferrying parts from one side of the apron to the other - we couldn't have managed without that trailer, Thanks Bill !

Work will now continue cleaning up the transport joints and other surfaces in preparation for joining the front fuse section to the wing in mid-april.
